Laidback Aaron was born in Sydney in 1974 with a guitar in hand, my earliest memories are of me sitting on my bedroom floor and discovering what sounds a guitar could make. My father was a drummer and I was never allowed to follow in his footsteps, despite my best efforts.

""Here play this" he'd say thrusting yet again another guitar in my hands.

Played my first paid gig at 15 in a band ironically with my father playing drums "The Punters". Cut my teeth playing dirty bars and clubs rockin out Stones, Santana, Cream etc as well as a few originals and as Van Morrison would say "the crack was good".

Played for years on the mid north coast of NSW through the late 90s rocking Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, Smashing Pumpkins etc and some originals. All acoustically and again some of the best moments of my life tied to performing.

Went on the study a bachelor of music production at Sothern Cross Uni in Lismore , a few more gigs, a kid or two or three mixed in for good measure. Lately I've been teaching guitar and writing tunes, whittling a set list down to songs that scream to my soul and that I feel will speak to yours and I am just dying to share them with you.
